We’ll get your order to you as soon as possible! We’re taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery, but we will still aim to have your order with you within 7-10 business days.

Your order can be delivered to only one address. If you wish to send products to several addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Yes, you can change the delivery address for your order, only before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will be delivered to the last address provided by you.

Oops! there is a high possibility that the product might have been sold out by the time you were exploring. You can click on the ‘Wishlist’ tab to get any future updates on the same.
Each product page has a size chart (INCHES/CM) and a size guide at the end of the product image gallery, kindly refer to that while ordering.
We cannot provide any specific timeline for the availability of the size. You can add the product to your Wishlist by clicking on the button next to “Add to Bag”. We will notify you whenever the size is available in future.
Please refer to the description/specifications details when you select and add a particular product in your cart.

In rare situations, orders may get delayed due to courier or shipment issues. We will keep you updated through calls or emails on the status of your orders. You can also call or email us to check on your orders.

If the amount has been deducted from your back account, then we would request you to wait for 24 hours as it’s usually credited back to your account. If you do not receive the amount within 24 hours, call or email us with your bank account statement and we will help you further.

For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@nioni.in within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags.
In case of a wrong product delivered, write to us to info@nioni.in along with the product images and the order number, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Any complaint that is reported after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Just call or email us with the reason of cancellation and we will cancel the order for you. If your order has been already shipped then cancellation will not be possible. You can refuse to take the delivery and your order will be cancelled automatically.

We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange!
We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, please apply for a return, will get the needful done and in return will get the refund initiated for the respective Product.

For all accepted returns, we will refund the amount within 7–10 working days once product reaches our warehouse and the quality check is done.
We will send you an email asking for your bank account details once we receive the product at our warehouse. You will receive the amount to your bank account within 10 to 15 business days once the refund is initiated.
